Lemon Chickpea Chips

If you have to snack on something, make it these...
YOU WILL NEED:
1 CAN CHICK PEAS
JUICE OF 2 LEMONS
3 CLOVES GARLIC
SALT AND PEPPER
OLIVE OIL
Pre-heat oven to 120 Degrees Celsius or 250 F. Drain and rinse chickpeas.
Mix olive oil, lemon juice, whole garlic cloves, a pinch of salt and pepper in a large bowl.
Mix the chickpeas in!
Pour chickpeas on to a flat pan and bake for 20 - 30 minutes or until golden and crunchy!
Enjoy!

Very nice Manu. I did Za'atar chickpeas and they were very good. I bet these are, too.

ReplyDeleteLike you I am not a red meat person too, even though my doc says i should , i just take iron tablets instead :) i dontmind red meat if it islike mince or in chinese dishes or in a spicy dish.
